Magic and Mutuality
with Jonathan Pillot
(Season 3 | Episode 106)
[TESSA] Friendships can be family.
Jonathan Pillot is such an eloquent speaker and true intellectual on many topics, including the topic of friendship.
Jonathan and I met on a dating app. And we found that we have very deep soulful connection. It is such fun to have Jonathan on the podcast for a second time. To listen to our first interview about labeling and unlabeling click here.
Some Concepts from Jonathan
- Friendships can be the most chosen and beautiful families that we have.
- Long term friendships take the same amount of work as long term romantic/sexual relationships.
- You must be able to let go of a friendship if it is no longer working for you.
- For me a romantic and sexual relationship starts with friendship, the human connection.
MAGIC AND MUTUALITY
Growing up in NYC, Jonathan took in life through the unparalleled lens of the world’s truly Global City of Diversity. As a redheaded “New York Jew” in a matriarchal house, he understood early on the power of the feminine, becoming a man who embraced his yin at least as much as his yang.
