Introducing Our Friendship Series
with Tessa
(Season 3 | Episode 99)
[TESSA] Today is a big day. In addition to marking my 61st birthday, this is the day that The Open Nesters launches a new initiative that will dominate the winter of 2023. As you may have heard in our end-of-year podcast we are turning our attention to all aspects of Friendship. Today we launch The Friendship Series on The Open Nesters Podcast.

To help you get the most out of this episode below you have a ‘HEARTS Primer.’
Jessica Fern wrote a book called Polysecure: Attachment, Trauma and Consensual Nonmonogamy. In her book, she built on the word HEARTS. She details out the acronym H-E-A-R-T-S – that I explain in this podcast episode.

We want to provide you with support and many resources for your own Open Nesting Journey. Our resource page has so much to offer as does our private discussion group on Facebook about queerness and other topics of interest:
About Tessa
Tessa Krone is the engine behind and the face of The Open Nesters.
Tessa holds an MA in Consciousness Studies and is a speaker, coach, program and journey facilitator & leader, author and, of course, Podcaster.
Her offerings are based in her mission to help people open to their most self-expressed, loving selves. Tessa’s specialties include embodiment from all the senses and elements of our inner and outer lives, ranging from mindfulness, dance, play, and sensory exploration in nature. If she had one superpower, it would be to help people, especially as they age, to live more open hearted lives.
Please email Tessa to make a connection. If you like, please answer the question:
What do you need to OPEN your NEST? In your LIFE. In your BODY. In your SPIRIT. Do you need MORE…
- Adventure
- Freedom of Expression
- Exploration and Fun
- Body Movement
- New circles of friends
- Deep love relationships
Thank you for thinking of and including me! I will be turning 70 at the end of May and plan to retire from full time work at the end of 2023. I am beginning to realize that most of my life and the way I think of my value has revolved around work, and my children and grandchildren. My daughter and grandchildren no longer live in Connecticut and although I see them monthly I’m finding that I just don’t have the joy in my every day life that I used to. I think this is a perfect opportunity to reevaluate so many things and look forward to new beginnings!
