How can we be more fully in touch with our mind & body? When we do, we have more access to the quiet place where our soul resides, and can find a deeper path to to seek answers and uncover our own authentic & unique journey.
Tessa has been meditating for over ten years on an almost daily basis. She does not claim to have found nirvana, and each day of sitting is noticing where her emotional body is and what she is present to through her body & breath. Mindfulness is defined as paying attention, on purpose, non-judgmentally. Tessa studied mindfulness as a major tenet of her MA degree, and has been teaching mindfulness & movement for years.
