ABOUT JESSICA
ABOUT JESSICA
Founder of San Diego – Moms of Adult Children
Jessica Seiders embarked on a transformative journey after her daughter left for college. Confronted with the challenges of empty nest syndrome, she refused to let it define her. Taking bold action, Jessica sold her belongings, quit her job, and set off on a two-year adventure to explore the world.
During her travels, Jessica became a master certified life coach. Her experiences and encounters inspired her to launch a program called “Strong Mom to Fearless Female.” This initiative aimed to empower and support mothers who, like her, were navigating the transition to an empty nest. Through workshops, coaching, and shared stories, Jessica helped these women embrace their newfound independence and discover their own strength.
Now residing in sunny San Diego, Jessica’s passion for fostering community led her to create a Facebook group called “San Diego – Moms of Adult Children.” All united by their shared journey through their grown children, together, they have organized many successful events, fostering connections, and providing a support network for mothers in similar circumstances.
Jessica continues to uplift and empower women, proving that life doesn’t end after 40 — It’s an opportunity for new beginnings.
