This is our first-ever panel. We have collected four brilliant women to discuss sexuality, sensuality, and aging. I am so pleased to bring this group of thinkers on sex and sensuality to you in this episode. If you have not yet heard Part One on sex and aging, click here.
Yarel Silverio Marshall is an independent consultant with more than twenty years of experience promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within her personal and professional environments. She has two philosophies. First, is to help create positive and inclusive environments for the betterment of all stakeholders. Second, is to create spaces and dialogues that do not normally exist within our everyday communication. Yarel specializes in relationship building and educating through collaboration and resource sharing. She creates safe spaces where she sees a need. Thus, her social media platform is based on “Ya in her journey.”
Sumati Sparks has been a personal and spiritual growth junkie her entire life. Her training includes having attended over 40 workshops with the Human Awareness Institute, also known as HAI, is a trained Zegg Forum Facilitator and part of the Network for a New Culture, has studied Non-Violent Communication (or NVC) with Marshall Rosenberg, has been practicing 12-step work in the areas of relationship and addiction since 1985, is a trained PSYCH-K Facilitator (a process used to remove limiting beliefs), has a Yoga & Meditation teacher certification through the Sivananda school, and has studied sacred sexuality with Evalena Rose, Steve & Lokita Carter and other prominent teachers.
Since 1983, Joyce Saltman has given close to 100 presentations each year, all over the world (including Japan, Australia, Norway, Italy, England) on topics including “Laughter:Rx for Survival”, “A Humorous Look at Sex and Aging”, “Chocolate vs Sex”, “Joys of being Chronologically Advantages” and dozens of other current subjects
Laurie Handlers, author of International Bestseller Sex & Happiness: The Tantric Laws of Intimacy teaches people ways to increase pleasure and return to love with themselves and their partners. As a speaker and facilitator, Laurie has taught transformational workshops since 1978 on topics ranging from releasing past emotional trauma, stopping the aging process, and Tantra (expansion through awareness) impacting tens of thousands of lives. She believes couples are an “endangered species.” Together with her partner she offers relationship coaching and holds workshops on how to be in extraordinary love. Watching people transform brings joy and excitement to Laurie’s life and career.
